this is why men get caught...
Part of the appeal of having an affair must be people knowing....or the threat of being found out. Because sex tapes, undeleted text messages, emails, IM conversations etc. are the downfall of so many men. It doesn't seem to be the same for women who have affairs, which is why I'm singling out men. be faithful. But if you aren't, do your partner a favor and make sure you don't get found out. Just sayin'.

something you just have to accept at some point
Your spouse/partner is not a beautiful wooden puppet. He/she changes, grows, evolves and FUCKS UP REALLY REALLY BAD sometimes (like, growing nose, turning into an ass and getting eaten by a fish kind of fucking up). That's called real life. I think at some point, in every partnership, you discover this and you are faced with the choice - are you going to allow yourself to grieve the loss of the fairy tale image and get on to the business of real life love or are you going live in denial that the fairy tale can continue?

my first book will be...
Why not to partner with/marry/date or otherwise have any intimate relationship with an actor and how to survive if you already are. (yes I know, horrible grammar, but that's irrelevant lol)
...sometimes being the spouse of an actor (a leading man in particular) just sucks. It's hard sometimes knowing very little in your marriage is JUST YOURS. *sigh* It's been a rough couple days for me. (and it's not anything David's done, it's just the way it is sometimes)Comments [1]
The love list project - I think I'm going to try this for myself and with my hubby
I think this is a great idea and I plan to implement it in my life and suggest that David and I each start a love list and share them with each other. I used to do altered books and mixed media collage, I think I might implement some of that to this. I'll let you know how it goes

Mate debate: Is monogamy realistic?

Maybe I'm an old fashioned American with "unrealistic expectations" but I find this article really depressing and I want to keep my monogamous marriage 'til death do us part' thank you very much.
