overwhelmed
I'm so overwhelmed by everything right now I feel I could go catatonic at any moment. *sigh. It's gotta get better some day right?

It didn't save me from the depression (I had months more of that to endure), but it saved my life. And that thought was right. (And, not-so-incidentally, that saving thought was the beginning of my questing in earnest after God, though that had to wait until I emerged from the depression.)
Not trying to draw any kind of analogy between where you are and where I was. Just explaining why this is one of my deep, core articles of faith.
